Meet our founder

Our founder, Jessie Leung, brings over 20 years of experience in recruitment and human resources. She previously served as Head of Talent Acquisition at a leading multinational bank, where she was responsible for hiring strategy, workforce planning, and talent development across multiple business functions. Over the course of her career, she has managed HR and recruitment teams and has supported the development of more than 10,000 careers through both direct placement and leadership.

Through her work with organizations and professionals, Jessie observed that companies often face complex people-related challenges that extend beyond recruitment — from managing compensation and benefits to navigating employee disputes, strengthening workplace culture, and developing talent in an increasingly dynamic workforce. At the same time, many professionals lacked the guidance needed to navigate career transitions and position themselves effectively in the job market.

These insights led Jessie to establish TalentHub as a comprehensive people and HR advisory platform. Today, the organization supports both individuals and corporates, offering services ranging from career advisory and recruitment to HR advisory, payroll and MPF administration, compensation and benefits review, training, organizational development, and employer branding.

Jessie is supported by a team of experienced professionals who have held roles across some of the largest and most established employers in Hong Kong, bringing deep expertise in HR, recruitment, talent development, and corporate operations. Together, the team works to help individuals build meaningful careers while enabling organizations to develop strong, resilient, and future-ready teams.
